V & T Designs is a military-and-veteran-owned business in El Paso, Texas that started in 2012. We offer custom apparel, embroidery, and framing services. Most of our products are military-themed in support of our brave men and women in the Armed Forces. Get in touch with us to learn more.
Meet the Owners
Meet the Owners
Victor and Terri Pedraza are the owners and operators of V & T Designs. Victor looks after the framing – the military side of the business; while Terri oversees the apparel, decorating, and all other aspects. They are big believers in supporting our Armed Forces and together support a variety of military organizations.
Victor is no stranger to the military having spent 30 years in the U.S. Army, and he continues to share his knowledge and experience as an instructor at Ft. Bliss, Texas. Terri has more than 10 years of embroidery experience and holds an MBA along with other academic degrees.
